Rubyrose Bancroft is a Bundjalung woman from Northern New South Wales. A the ages of 16 Rubyrose was a finalist in the Blacktown City Art Prize 2015. She was featured in Time Out Magazine’s 2016 Forty under 40 articles, identifying young people of influence.

Rubyrose has been commissioned to produce unique artwork designs by Australian Indigenous Mentoring experience (AIME) and budgy Smuggler swimwear Rubyrose completed her Higher School Certificate in 2017 and is currently studying a Bachelor of Fine Art at the National Art School. In 2019 Rubyrose exhibited in the Hobiennale at Moonah Arts Centre in Tasmania. Rubyrose was also involved in a project with the NRMA which saw her artwork Ripple Effect II featured on a billboard acknowledging Bundjalung Country.
